Title Patrick Waterhouse Dates 10–21 February 2022 Location Resident's Studio

While visiting A4 from London for Sean O'Toole's research exhibition Photobook! Photobook! Photobook!, in which Waterhouse and Mikhael Subotzky are installing book dummies from their fifteen-year engagement, Ponte City, Patrick Waterhouse takes time as artist-in-resident in our studio. His focus in this short residency is unpacking more recent work that examines networks of knowledge, replication, and instruction. "We copy, and we can’t copy perfectly, which leads to digressions and diversions. It’s the act of attempting to copy that may lead to the original," the artist shares.
